Stuart Brunson, Chairman & CEO

Stuart serves as the Chairman & CEO of the company. Stuart is a businessman involved in a variety of successful ventures. He is a former deputy governor for the State of Tennessee. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, a law degree from the University of Memphis, and attended Vanderbilt University Divinity School. He is a native of rural West Tennessee and currently lives in Nashville with his wife and family.
David Coppeans, Chief Financial Officer

David serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Aid & Assist At Home, he was a Vice President in the banking group for Nashville-based investment company Avondale Partners. David was primarily focused on executing mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic advisory services for healthcare services clients. During his investment banking career, he completed transactions having an aggregate value of more than $3 billion for a variety of clients. He received both his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. David and his family live in Nashville, Tennessee.
Joey Dean, Chief Operating Officer

Joey serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Aid & Assist At Home, he spent more than 15 years with the performance-reporting software company Informa Investment Solutions and its predecessor Investment Scorecard. Most recently, Dean served Informa as the director of Program Management & Quality Assurance, successfully overseeing a portfolio of 276 released projects. One of the co-founders of Investment Scorecard, he worked in a variety of roles in the company over the course of his career. He is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville.
Steve Elkins, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Steve serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Elkins joins Aid & Assist At Home after serving as Legal Counsel to Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen. He served as Deputy Legal Counsel to Governor Bredesen from 2003 until 2006. Elkins graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1995, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance before graduating summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1999.
